Island Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    12 oz. can pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil in large skillet.
    Drain excess oil.
    Add water and bouillon, green pepper, vinegar, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce.
    Simmer slowly until pepper is tender.
    Add pineapple (undrained).
    Add 1/2 cup water and cornstarch (mixed together) to thicken sauce.
    Serve over rice.
