Potatoes Ala Jean Williamson - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, pared and sliced
    3 garlic cloves, pared and minced
    1 can chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan with Pam.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Divide all ingredients into 3 parts.
    Arrange 1 layer of potatoes with salt and pepper to taste, mince garlic, cheese and soup.
    Repeat all ingredients to make three layers.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 90 minutes.
