Fergie'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled in jacket until firm
1 very small carrot, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt to taste
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
2 small radishes, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 c. pickle juice
Preparation

Mix green pepper, small carrot, celery, sweet pickles, onions, radishes, salt, pepper, sugar and pickle juice in mixing bowl. Add small cubes of potatoes to bowl.
Stir and mix with other ingredients.
Add one chopped or diced hard-boiled egg.
Stir. Add mustard, stir and mix with long prong fork and big spoon.
Add mayonnaise as directed.
Stir with fork and big spoon.
Add dry leaves for decoration if desired.
Cover and chill overnight.
