Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 can chopped mushrooms (if desired)
    1 can beef consomme
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 40 to
    60 minutes (or until rice is done) at 350\u00b0.
