Blender Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 20 seconds.
    Place mixture in saucepan.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
