Pancit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. udon noodles (Hula brand)
    10 pieces dried mushrooms
    6 skinless boneless chicken thighs
    1/2 lb. large size shrimp, deveined
    1 1/2 lb. pork, sliced
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. green onions, sliced about 3/4-inch
    5 cloves garlic
    patis
Preparation
    Soak mushrooms\tin
    water;
    cut
    into strips when soft. Cut pork and
    chicken
    into
    pieces (chop suey pieces).
    Slice shrimp into thirds.
    To about 4 quarts of boiling water, add a dash of salt
    and
    a
    teaspoon of vegetable oil.
    Add noodles; cook until done,
    stirring
    at
    least\tevery 5 minutes so they don't stick to pot.
    Rinse
    noodles under cold water;
    drain. Brown pork with garlic
    in\ta wok.\tWhen liquid from meat has evaporated, brown meat
    in
    its
    oil\tfor
    half a minute.
    Add dried mushrooms and 4
    tablespoons
    of patis and stir.\tAdd a little water;
    simmer until liquid evaporates again.
