Bread Pudding #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices toasted bread
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Butter baking dish.
    Toast bread and butter.
    Cut bread into squares.
    Beat eggs and add milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour over bread and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
