Elegant Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 lb. good ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs

Preparation

Combine onion soup mix with sour cream and add the eggs. Mix in with beef and sprinkle in bread crumbs. Shape into loaf and bake in loaf pan. Put 2 strips of bacon on top and bake in oven at 500\u00b0 (preheated), turning heat down to 375\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour. Serve with fresh mushroom sauce on your meat loaf.
