Sunday Supper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced scallions
    1 Tbsp. minced green peppers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Saute chuck until brown. Stir in tomato sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, spread half of the noodles.
    Cover noodles with cheese mixture.
    Layer rest of noodles over cheese mixture.
    Pour melted butter over noodles, then layer tomato-meat sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
