Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
2 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, chopped
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil for a few minutes.
Stir in beef and saute until done.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce, water, kidney beans (drained) and all seasonings.
Cover and cook over low or simmer in crock-pot.
