Crunch-Top Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
3 or 4 large potatoes
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in a jelly roll pan in a 375\u00b0
oven.
Add single layer of potatoes, cut lengthwise in 1/2-inch slices.
Turn once in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until done and tops are crisp.
