Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 c. sliced celery (optional)
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 chicken breast halves
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
3 carrots, sliced into small sticks and cooked
paprika
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine rice and next 6 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; top with chicken breasts.
