Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cream
1 c. sugar
3 c. pecans
1 c. water

Preparation

Combine sugar, cream and water in pan.
Cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and beat until creamy.
Add nuts and drop by spoonfuls onto buttered sheet.
