Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. cooked ground beef
    1 large, chopped onion
    4 pods jalapenos, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion well and drain.
    Heat a large iron skillet and add 1/4 cup of oil.
    Sprinkle corn meal in bottom of pan to keep cornbread from sticking.
    Pour 1/2 of the cornbread mixture in bottom of pan, then layer meat, jalapenos and cheese.
    Pour remaining cornbread mixture on top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
