Creamed Chicken Over Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped green onions
    cooked cornbread
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in chicken, mushroom soup and pimiento; cook, stirring constantly, just until thoroughly heated.
