Lennie'S Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box of 8 hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. ham, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    7 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Line bottom of 8 x 14-inch pan with the hash browns and pour beaten eggs, flour and milk over.
    Layer rest of ingredients over all.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
