Angel Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    6 graham crackers
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Chill jello mixture and whip.
    Add whipped milk.
    Mix with jello mixture.
    Roll graham crackers to a fine mixture; line dish with 1/2 of them.
    Pour in pudding; sprinkle remaining crackers on top.
    Set in refrigerator to chill.
