Rigatoni Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves chopped garlic
    2 chicken breast fillets, cut into bite size pieces
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    3 Tbsp. chopped dill
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    12 oz. cooked pasta
Preparation
    Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
    Add onion, garlic and chopped chicken.
    Cook until onions are soft and chicken tender.
    Add 1 1/4 cups broth; bring to boil.
    Meanwhile, stir together remaining 1/4 cup broth with cornstarch.
    Add to boiling broth.
    Cool 1 minute.
    (Remove from heat.
    This may be made a day ahead and refrigerated.)
