Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) unsalted butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Preparation
    In a small bowl, cream together the butter, the chives, the parsley, tarragon, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
    Let the butter stand, covered, in a cool place for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
