Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1 stick oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats; stir in oleo.
Add sugars, eggs, flour, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
