Roasted Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small whole carrots
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 ??? crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook carrots, water, sugar and salt together until tender. Drain.
    Cool.
    Dip carrots into butter, then into crumbs.
    Place on greased baking tray.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
