Ingredients

1 1/2 c. apple cider
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Bring cider and water to boil in small saucepan.
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling liquid in large bowl.
Stir in cranberry juice.
Pour into 5-cup ring mold.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Remove from mold.
Makes 3 1/2 cups or 6 to 8 servings.
