Spicy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. ground beef
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, green bean, pearl onion and red pepper mix
1 (16 oz.) can Northern beans with juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation

Brown beef in oil; add, while browning, the garlic, salt and pepper.
Drain beef.
Put beef mixture in pot; cook on low until water cooks out.
Add vegetables and another cup of water to beef. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
