Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 jar apricot preserves
    1/2 bottle Russian dressing
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken (thighs and drumsticks)
    1 c. white raisins
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 green pepper, sliced into thin rings
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes more.
    Place chicken pieces on plate and serve the gravy over rice.
    (Top chicken with the fruit.)
