Fatigman - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    10 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    6 to 8 cardamon seed, peeled and crushed
    flour (to consistency of pie crust)
Preparation
    Roll out like pie crust, only thinner.
    Cut into triangles with crinkle cutter.
    Put slit in center.
    Put tail into slit. Drop into hot deep fat until golden brown.
    Remove; sprinkle powdered sugar on while warm.
