Hot Cheese Tuna Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can white tuna, drained
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, grated
Cheddar cheese, grated
Dash of tabasco sauce
Seasoned salt to taste
White pepper to taste
English muffins

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Mound onto buttered muffins and cover with cheese.
Run under broiler until hot and cheese is melted.
Serves 3.
