Bran Date Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs (may use egg substitute)
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. 100% Nabisco Bran
    1 1/2 c. dates
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over All-Bran.
    Mix remaining ingredients in order.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Batter can be mixed ahead.
    Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
