Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. coarsely chopped chicken (save 2 c. broth)
2 c. potatoes, diced and cooked in remaining broth
1 c. carrots, diced and cooked in remaining broth
1 c. peas
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in shortening. Add 4 tablespoons flour and slowly add 2 cups broth. add chicken, peas, potatoes and carrots (cooked). Put in pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
