24-Hour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 carrot
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onion, pepper and carrot; set aside.
    Bring other ingredients to a boil; pour over slaw.
    Put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    This slaw keeps well for up to 2 weeks.
