6 c. cornbread crumbs
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter, melted
5 c. hot broth
4 boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Combine bread, celery, onions and seasonings.
Mix well. Combine eggs and milk; pour over bread mixture.
Combine butter and broth; pour over mixture.
Let set for 15 minutes.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
