Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
2 c. sweet milk or half and half
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large pot, barely cover potatoes and onion with water and boil until tender.
Add milk, margarine and seasonings; heat on medium temperature until bubbly (do not boil).
Heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
