Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (with peelings), cut in wedges
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Cover, then take off cover, stir and bake 15 minutes longer.
    (Only stir 1 time.)
