Clam Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. uncooked fettucini noodles
3 (6.5 oz. each) cans minced clams, undrained
3 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package, then drain. Return to pan and add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly. Turn off heat. Cover and let sit until liquid is absorbed or if you prefer more moisture, serve immediately.
