Blueberry Clafouti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. low-fat milk
1/8 tsp. almond extract
2 egg whites
2 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Coat 2 (10 ounce) custard cups with cooking spray.
Place 1/2 cup blueberries into each cup; set aside.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and next 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
Cover and process until smooth.
Pour mixture evenly over blueberries.
