Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leg of lamb
    half lemon
    slivers of garlic
    flour
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Rub leg of lamb thoroughly with a half of lemon.
    Make a few holes here and there and stick in tiny slivers of garlic.
    Dredge lightly with flour, sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and paprika and place in roaster, fat side up.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes to the pound, uncovered.
    Serve with mint jelly or sauce.
