Cheesy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Place broccoli in 8-inch square baking pan. Melt cheese and half the butter in pan until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Pour over broccoli.
    Toss crackers with remaining butter in bowl. Sprinkle over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
