Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 dashes red hot sauce
    1/3 c. mixed lemon juice and brine from stuffed olives
    2 large cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 small onion, pressed
    12 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    sour cream
    milk (optional)
Preparation
    Place mayonnaise in 1-quart jar.
    Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate at least 24 hours for flavors to blend.
    To serve, mix equal parts of dressing and sour cream.
    Add milk only if you prefer thinner dressing.
    Keep refrigerated.
