Mexican Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium size onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chilies, chopped or 4 jalapeno peppers
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in small amount of cooking oil.
    Add peppers, soups, Ragu sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook until well blended, about 10 minutes.
    Place layers or tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with layer of meat mixture.
    Alternate layers.
    Cover top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
