Ingredients

skinned chicken pieces
8 oz. jar Russian dressing
8 oz. jar apricot preserves
1 envelope dry onion soup
1/4 c. water
Pam spray

Preparation

Arrange chicken pieces in a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
