Surprise Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix (use dry)
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 6 to 8 or more.
