Chocolate Eclair Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box honey graham crackers
    2 (3 oz.) boxes French vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 container chocolate icing
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Add vanilla and Cool Whip.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, line bottom with whole graham crackers.
    Pour half of mixture over crackers.
    Add another layer of graham crackers and remainder of mixture; another layer of graham crackers.
    Top with chocolate icing.
    Chill overnight.
