Lillian'S Easy, Fast Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add heated milk slowly to beaten eggs.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes.
