Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Comstock pie filling (any flavor)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Line 24 cupcake pans with cupcake liners.
    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
    In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Fill liners 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Top each with a spoonful of filling and a teaspoon of nuts (optional).
    Chill.
    Serves 24.
