Round Steak Casserole Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. oil
    flour
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can water
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces; salt and pepper and flour. Brown in oil on both sides.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cover with soup and water.
    Place onion slices on top.
    Cover dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
