Sweet Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (deer)
    1 lb. pork (burger)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. sage leaves
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut deer and pork into 3/4-inch cubes. Place in bowl. Mix all ingredients, except soy and Worcestershire sauce. Toss to coat. Now put soy and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and put in refrigerator for 8 hours. Next grind meat. Put into patties and fry. Good on pizzas or can freeze.
