Tuna Casserole Poulet De La Mer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    13 oz. tuna fish
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. seasoned croutons
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, tuna fish and spices.
    Add noodles, peas and carrots.
    Melt butter; pour over croutons.
    Sprinkle croutons over top of casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
