Pumpkin Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Beat together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, molasses, vanilla, sugar and pumpkin in a large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients all at once.
Fold in nuts and raisins. Spoon into cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
