Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box apricot jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cold water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
10 oz. Cool Whip
celery (optional)
Preparation

Mix together the jello, cheese and water; put on stove and boil for 10 minutes, or until cream cheese is melted.
Add pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip.
Mix; put in refrigerator.
