Breakfast Casserole(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. ground sausage
10 large eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Place crescent rolls flat in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with sausage. Beat eggs; salt and pepper to taste. Pour over sausage and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Check eggs for doneness.
