Ham Slices With Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ham slices, 1/2-inch thick
    2 apples, peeled and cored
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut ham slices in half.
    Cover with boiling water and boil for 8 minutes.
    Drain and place in shallow baking dish.
    Cover ham with brown sugar.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and cover with pineapple juice.
    Bake, uncovered, in an oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Cut apples into slices and saute in butter until brown and serve over ham.
